How it works
From folder to matched in three steps
A calm, repeatable flow — built for weekly bookkeeping and month-end alike.
Authorize read-only Drive access, tick your invoice folders or upload files directly, and link PayPal with login or app credentials.
Files are fingerprinted by Drive ID + modified time. Only new or changed files are processed — unless you force a re-scan.
Open the original beside the extracted fields, confirm the suggested payment or pick another. Your call sticks through future scans.
Matching, explained
A score you can audit, not a black box
Every candidate payment shows its signals and conflicts — strength, payer, amount, date, and the raw payment detail. Auto-confirm only happens when amount, currency, and identity all agree with no rivals.
Competing invoices and shared payments always go to review. Manual matches and unmatches survive recurring scans.

Vision invoice extraction
PDF text plus image invoices go through a vision-language model. Missing fields become nulls — never guesses. Fenced JSON is parsed with retries on rate limits.

Transaction Search with pagination and a configurable lookback. Completed day-coverage is cached, recent days refresh fast, statuses stay correct.

Do I need to reorganize my Drive?
No. Select any folders — we'll include subfolders automatically and deduplicate overlaps. Add or remove folders anytime.
Can I upload invoices directly?
Yes — drop PDFs and images straight in, or sync a Drive folder. Both use the same extraction and review flow.
What counts as a match?
Exact amount and currency plus a strong identity signal (structured invoice reference or payer email), with no conflicting fields or rival candidates.
What happens on re-scans?
Unchanged files are skipped. Your manual confirms and unmatches are preserved; only new or changed items get re-scored.
